(xiv) In the URL in the last paragraph of the "Comments and Questions" section,
change "oradistsys" to "ordistsys".


(56) In Table 2-11, the default for DISABLE_OOB currently reads:

	"OF"

Should read:

	"OFF"


(80) In the third line of the first bullet, change "Oarcle8" to "Oracle8."


{254} In Step 4, the second line of code currently reads:

	"RG_THROW"

It should read:

	"RG_SALES"
