     O'Reilly Utilities -- Quick Solutions for Windows 98 Annoyances
                           Service Release 1.2

NOTE:  If you upgraded your copy of O'Reilly Utilities for Windows 98
       during installation, you do not need to complete this procedure.

To upgrade your copy of O'Reilly Utilities for Windows 98, complete
these steps:

STEP 1:
       Make sure you have installed the original O'Reilly Utilities
       software.  This upgrade must be installed over an existing demo
       or full version of the software.  It contains all changes in
       previous service releases.

STEP 2:
       Go to http://www.oreilly.com/catalog/utilwin98/support/ and 
       follow the links to the O'Reilly Utilities Service Release 1.2
       software download location. 

STEP 3:
       Download the O'Reilly Utilities Service Release 1.2. You will 
       be prompted for a folder to save the upgrade file, which is named
       util98upgrade12.exe. Select a destination folder on your system, 
       such as C:\temp and click Save.  

STEP 4:
       Close all programs from the O'Reilly Utilities suite that you
       may have open.  These include Solutions, File Version Information,
       Linkshare, Power Rename, and Web Browser Delegate.

STEP 5:
       In Windows Explorer double-click the file util98upgrade12.exe 
       to begin the installation process.
 
STEP 6:
       Read and follow the instructions in the Setup program.  The 
       upgrade takes only a few seconds.
