Jeremy Leipzig

Bio

Jeremy Leipzig is a bioinformatics software developer at Cytovas LLC. He has authored or co-authored over 40 peer-reviewed manuscripts and one of the first O’Reilly data science books, “Data Mashups in R”. His primary research interests are reproducible research, metadata, and workflow development. He received a BS in Biology from Wake Forest University and a MS in Computer Science from North Carolina State University. He is currently a PhD student at the Metadata Research Center, College of Computing and Informatics at Drexel University.
