Dr. Rishi Mohan Bhatnagar is the End-to-End P&L owner for Digital Enterprise Services. He is also spearheading the Internet of things ( IoT ) initiatives for the company and Smart City for the Mahindra Group. Rishi exhibits strong interpersonal skills and has a grounded approach towards work, approachability, and eye for talent. His clear focus & vision are the major factors contributing to his graceful journey in Tech Mahindra. Specialties: Rich experience of working for Fortune 500, Telecom, BFSI, Healthcare and Public sector Customers , Managing large scale outsourcing projects in multi-vendor and multi-lingual environment . Rishi has proven credentials for managing stakeholders at CXO level Proficient in managing geographically & culturally diverse teams  10+ years in Europe, 5+ years in Americas, 3 years in APAC , 6 years in India with sometime spent in Africa.  Currently (2013 onwards), heading the Digital Services Offerings globally for Tech Mahindra. Prior to this  As Head of Europe Sales and Business Operations, drove large deals , EBIDTA improvements and 100% revenue increase from exit of FY 2011-12.  At Europe geo stint, established TechM ops in GmbH and opened Eastern Europe as a new business territory.  For US largest Telecom operator , he was one of the few leaders who , as Delivery Head, established the cradle which helped the account to supersize . Currently this account is top 3 ( revenue wise ) of the clientele of Tech Mahindra.  Previous to Tech Mahindra , as Director and Geo Head, Ireland for Perot Systems Ireland, he led $15 mn account , with e2e responsibility for Sales, Delivery and Relationships Intellectual contribution  Authored a book on “Enterprise IoT” covering IoT Project Management framework ; accepted by IIC(Industrial Internet Consortium) Enterprise-IoT.org Affiliations :  Chairperson of IET (Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) is recognised in India as a meeting place for sector leaders to interact and support standards, policy and innovation ) IoT panel for India.  Member of Nasscom (Premier organisation that represents and sets the tone for public policy for the Indian software industry ) Regional Council  Member of Telecommunication Engineering Center (TEC), Govt. of India for framing Standards and Guidelines for Machine to Machine in India.  Member of Core Group by CII (The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) works to create and sustain an environment conducive to the growth of industry in India, partnering industry and government alike through advisory and consultative processes ) on Internet of Things Education Credentials :  PhD in IT Computer Science ( Thesis :Developed “Relationship Maturity Model, for IT services Industry” )  Global Program for Management Development from Michigan University, Ross School of Business.  Master in Computer Application from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, India .
