Kim R. Fowler has worked in the computer industry for well over three decades: with compilers and Operating Systems since the late 70's and early 80's, Java since 1995, and Scala since 2007. He is the author of 'Amazon Web Services - Simple Storage Service' and also of several full-length, commercial, courses on Java and Scala. In addition to programming and consulting, Kim teaches Java, BigData and Cloud for Learning Tree International, one of the world's largest technical training companies.
