Matt Coatney

Bio

I am a technology executive, advisor, inventor, entrepreneur, author and speaker focused on advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, data analytics, personalized healthcare, and cloud/mobile computing. In addition to leading divisions and portfolios in large global corporations, I have co-founded three companies and advised several others, been an early-stage employee of two successful tech startups, and launched data analytics products in higher education, life sciences, government, finance and law. I write and speak frequently on business and technology, and my work has appeared in books, technical journals and international conferences. I obtained my MS in Computer Science and BS in Biochemistry from The Ohio State University and am a member of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence and the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) including AI, bioinformatics, and knowledge discovery special interest groups.
