Bio

Jonny is a practitioner, author, speaker and leader who’s fascinated by ‘why?’ and motivated by curiosity. He’s all about getting to the bottom of stuff, making sense of it, and working with good folk to solve knotty problems. He’s impatient, biased to action, and believes that strategy is nought without execution. He helps companies by being a good guy. For him, that means being a pragmatic collaborator, and bringing tools, experience and an open mind to customer development. He now spends most of his time consulting to leaders on digital product development and innovation management. He also coaches product design and delivery teams to do their best work. Jonny lives in Melbourne, works with ThoughtWorks, and loves a nice brogue.
