Description:

Poor availability and performance is no longer acceptable in today's hyper-connected, impatient world. Holiday traffic that can be hundreds of times above your normal peak only exacerbates availability and performance problems.

Both Synthetic and Real User Monitoring are crucial to survive the holidays, but it's not always clear how to use each method and how to combine them together.

In this webcast, we'll cover:

  • Synthetic Monitoring deep dive and best practices
  • Real User Monitoring deep dive and best practices
  • Which insights can be best gained from each approach
  • Best practices for implementing and operationalizing the two approaches together

With some preparation, this year's holiday season can be your best yet.
