Under title "RECOVERING FROM A FAILED ETCD MEMBER"

I've noticed a typo and wanted to report it to you to be fixed. In 2. Running Operators under the title: RECOVERING FROM A FAILED ETCD MEMBER there's this incorrect command: kubectl get pods -l app=etc which should be: kubectl get pods -l app=etcd I've tested already but you can verify on your end as well of course.

Note from the Author or Editor:
pp 21 of print edition, first sentence after heading "Recovering from a failed etcd member" correct phrase is `kubectl get pods -l app=etcd` as suggested by reporter.

The line "operator-sdk up local --watches-file ./local-watches.yaml" doesn't work on the current operator-sdk. I had to run this, which seems to work: operator-sdk run --local --watches-file ./local-watches.yaml

Note from the Author or Editor:
Confirmed. `operator-sdk up` no longer exists and is superseded by the `run` subcommand. Suggested resolution needs adjustment to name a local helm chart in the watches yaml file and give the watches file as an argument to `operator-sdk run local`
