The section entitled "Using PHP with the Expression Development Server" on page 71, step one instructs to download the Windows Installer "thread Safe" version. At the site listed, it has the ZIP file and a Windows Installer file. Expression Web help tells to to download the ZIP file. Which one does the instruction in the book refer to? You should consider placing a screen print that shows the result of completing step 2 found on page 146. After completeing this step, my page only has the following language/code: <%@ Control Language="C#" ClassName="WebUserControl1" %>. This language is found on line one and there is no other code on the entire page. When I complete step 6 and view the screen print, I see that code exists up to line 13 before I should cut and paste code on lines 15 through 20. Note from the Author or Editor: |

The output in the Design Pane of the application after step #4 does not show circles and discs for the <ul> items' bullets. I think this is due to the CSS sheet that is linked in to the Chapter4.html file. If the same actions are performed on a clean Untitled_1.html tab (i.e. no CSS sheet is linked to it) then yes, the <ul> bullets look as shown in the screenshot in the book. auto-style2 has suffered the same fate as auto-style1 earlier in the chapter. Could it be something to do with the fact that the icon below the "apply styles" panel shows "CSS Mode: Manual" or is chapter 4 suffering from something that has happened in service pack 2? There have been changes to a so-far unmentioned style sheet called "main.css" that have prompted the "save embedded files" popup and ew4 automatically changed the picture file type to .jpg .....
