NOTE: Additionally, you can create a disk image containing the contents of a
directory with a single hdiutil command. For example, to create a disk
image named mynicedir containing the directory mynicedir, enter the
following command:

hdiutil create -srcdir mynicedir mynicedir.dmg

The size of the disk image is determined by the contents of the
directory mynicedir.

Menu item 2. details the steps to create a certificate chain consisting of
interaction with the CA.sh shell script. There is a line beginning with the text:

'Next, create a certificate request; this will generate an unsigned...'

It is formatted to appear as output from the CA.sh script but it should be step number 3,
which would make Step 3 on page 209 Step 4.

With the SSL module, there is an Apache directive SSLPassPhraseDialog that allows the apache server to run
a scripts that outputs the SSL passphrase so that the server can startup automatically.

AUTHOR: The SSLPassPhraseDialog option will cause mod_ssl to query the
administrator for a pass phrase. For more information, see:
