The Service Levels workbook contains an additional mispelling that is not addressed in the instructions on page 50.
Change:

Excel 2007 adds the word to the dictionary and displays the next questioned word: TwoDay."
To:

Additionally, a step should be inserted between steps 3 and 4:

A Note box needs to be added before Step 1 which includes instructions for removing a signature form the sample file.
Add the following:
"After opening the workbook click on the Office Button. Navigate to Prepare then click on View Signatures. The Signatures window appears on the right. Right-click the signature name "Curt Frye_Exc..." and select Remove Signature. In the Remove Signature message box click Yes. If the Signature Removed message box appears click Ok."
