Section: Breaking Tradition

This section starts by talking about positive characteristics of a Community Manager using male terms: "For a community manager to really build a rapport with the community, he needs to fundamentally be a member of that community and exhibit the culture of that community"

It then switches to female terms when talking about a Community Manager making mistakes, introducing a subtle bias against women:
"Every community manager steps over the line at some point, and you should expect it to happen within her first year on the job."

I assume this is an unintended oversight which would want to be addressed.
