Hi Guys...trying to work through the Chapter 9-Para 9 Edit-Paste content of file text-index.html into the 'content' area of the newly created index.html...the file I copy has no style sheet attached? and when pasted into the content area just goes in as html with no formatting and no matter what I attempt cannot attach a style sheet.
Not sure if is a mistake on my part, but have tried creating several new sites and working through the exercise but with the same result.

2nd Note

The second "NOTE" section on page 74 of the Dreamweaver CS6 Missing Manual (print version) refers the user to Adobe BrowserLab. However, Adobe shut down BrowserLab on March 13th, 2013:

Some alternative sites are provided, offering similar, but less developped services.

In Kindle
(a) Step 5 (Action Field) mentions http://cafesoylentgreen.com/reserve.php
while the Completed version has http://soylentgreencafe.com/reserve.php

The comment is “… That program already exists on the website …”
But neither seem to.

(b) “Adding Spry Validation” Step 4
The Copy Dependent Files dialog box is not opened

(c) Step 7 : There seems to be no “Email address” option under the Property Inspector’s Type menu, which shows ‘Type : Single Line’ etc. as below
