Main video usage in UK will include national TV broadcasters Internet catch-up services e.g. BBC iPlayer. These are in a flash format (.flv) that can be played by the iPlayer app (similarly for ITV and C4).

At time of writing, something similar applies to C-Span video from US, where the embedded video is best played with a general purpose video player app that covers many formats such as "MXPlayer".

In similar vein, Amazon Kindle app will allow downloading and playing of DRM Kindle books, as well as downloading the daily free book.

The Nook now uses the Opera browser. Much of Chapter 13 is now not current.
