The RED links, chapter titles, etc., found in your iPad version (and perhaps others) is virtually INVISIBLE to readers who are even slightly red-green colorblind ( including me). That's about 5% of males, by some definitions. It it VERY difficult to see deep red ( or purple, for that matter) against a black background. Please consider changing your link color to some color besides red! (I know, it's much more legible when the display is set to a white background, but white text on black is nice when reading in bed, and I suspect it saves battery.)

The early Harvard Graphics programs had the same problem.

Thanks for the opportunity to comment,

Second Paragraph

The sentence reads, "Little old you can take the cats, the high-school plays, and the vacations and make them look downright epic." Did you mean something like, "With a little editing you can..."?

Wrapping Timeline is not in the View menu (version 10.1.1)

As your book mentions, the timeline is now one long strip. The view menu does NOT contain the Wrapping Timeline option. I'm at a loss.

Line 7

I just spent several hours trying to work out why the dragging doesn't work the same way on iMovie 10.1.14
The whole movie was selected when I moved my mouse to the area,
encased in a yellow line.
I thought that there was something wrong with my mouse,
or something incorrect was selected within the menu above.
Finally I found a video online at Macmost indicating that I needed to hold down the r. key. Also the use of i and o to frame a selection.
How on earth does one find out about these things ?
I was lucky to find that site, after trying so many different phrases on Google.
What a nightmare.

It should say it shortens the movie by 1 second instead of 2 seconds.
