In the output example after killing the SysDB process, the clock starts at 19:07:49 and at the login with the new hostname of GAD-1 the clock shows a timestamp of 19:23:56. The next paragraph then says that the switch was reloaded in "15 seconds flat." However the time between the beginning and end of the output seems to be over 16 minutes.
Am I missing something or is there an error in the text? I fully believe the login came up that quickly, but the output doesn't seem to show it.

Last example scheduling "ps" command piped to "email"

The bash command "ps" being piped to "email" is missing a space character between the word "bash" and "ps":


"bashps -ef r | email ..."

should be "bash ps -ef r | email ..."

For this exercise … mapping the IP address 192.168.1.2 to the MAC address learned for 192.168.1.1

But then the actual command is adding a static ARP for 10.0.0.222 using a MAC address that isn’t present in the previous output.
