Hi,
This isn't really your error, but it does quite seriously affect your book:
The demo for Hugo (chapter 4) relies on using a theme, freely available at http://www.gugggly.com/free-documentation-html-template-docweb/
However, I have tried several times with two different email addresses (my work one, and my personal gmail one), and I never receive an email to download the theme (I have checked spam). Further, the contact form on the page has a broken reCaptcha. It looks like the original article / template was posted in 2015. I'm just wondering if this is actually still available?
I may just be getting very unlucky of course. But it could be worth double checking this, and if it is no longer available, recommending a different theme?
