The same Parameter has three different names on page 411.

Top Graphic:

[Income Parameter] // 2

Bottom Graphic:
[Dimension Parameter] // 3

Until I downloaded and played around with the workbook, I wasn't sure how many parameters were required to get the highlight bar to work.

However, the screenshot at the top of the page shows all entries in the Value column as Proper Case. (Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year).
