in the note

"It’s worth noting that the summarize function will silently remove the last of the grouping variables from the group_by. This is done automatically because leaving the grouping in place will, by definition, mean that no group has more than one row in it. The last grouping variable is dropped only from the vector of groupings, not from the data frame. That field is still in there, but it’s not used for groupings. This can be surprising the first time you observe it in action."

Could you give another description for this paragraph?

what is " the last of the grouping variables from the group_by. "? and "mean that no group has more than one row in it."
