"The sixth field is 13 bits..." should read "The sixth field is 32 bits...."

Per http://files.dns-sd.org/draft-cheshire-nat-pmp.txt, the length of the sixth field is 32 bits. Changing this value to 32 makes this field congruent with the corresponding field in the request message which is 32 bits.

The command used to launch FitNesse has changed.

The new command is:
java -jar fitness.jar -p 9097

Note, Java 6 is is required. Macs default to Java 5 so the following must be done before running this command on a Mac.
Open "Utilities"->"Java Preferences" then drag "Java SE 6" to the top of each list.
