The RPMS directory has been renamed Server in RHEL5.

"You're not limited to the default groups, though. You can define your own. All it takes is a text editor and a passing understanding of XML. Under your base install tree, note the file {product path}/base/comps.xml, commonly known as the comps file."

comps.xml has been renamed to comps-rhel5-server-core.xml in RHEL5.
