Your family can work with you or against you when you telecommute, and it's better by far to have them working with you. As you identify the members of the broader support team that contributes to your success, your family is likely to be high on the list. Therefore, it's wise to acknowledge this, understand the dynamics of family support, and proactively enlist their support.
