About 50 years ago, give or take a decade, American business began a change downhill that continues today. We have labeled this change “dehumanizing.” We’ve taken the emotion out of business, and people are acting as robots. Businesses want to use high-tech, low-touch, or no-touch. They want to have as little interaction with the customer and get as much money as they can.
