Kill the Snake!
A grave danger when dealing with mistakes, rule violations, and employees who don’t play by the book is to use that event to punish and suffocate everyone because of one person’s missteps or an isolated incident. Overreacting and using mass punishment (remember grade school?) can stifle your people and destroy the inspiration you’re working hard to create.
