Fixing Office

Although the Microsoft Office programs are robust programs, once in a while things can go wrong. Sometimes a problem might be severe enough to cause your computer to crash—that is, to shut down. This type of problem might be caused by a program or a support file on your hard disk being corrupted, or there might be something wrong with your computer itself. When any Office component isn’t working properly, you can run a series of diagnostic tests to find out what’s wrong and, usually, learn how to fix the problem, unless Office fixes it automatically.
