Who are the key decision makers from an economic policy perspective in the People’s Republic of China? According to the China Business Review in 2008, Mr Cheng Li reported that “most of the major economic decisions in the country are subject to final approval by the nine-member Politburo Standing Committee (PSC) of the Communist Party of China.”cdxvi
