Twenty-four percent of employees don’t enjoy the actual work they perform on their job.

Nothing disturbs me more than when I hear someone talking about his work and saying, “It’s just a job.” No one should be unhappy with his work.

What people do for a living has always fascinated me. Wherever I go, I ask people what they like about their work and what they dislike. (My wife gets upset when I ask this at purely social occasions.) But I’m interested on both a personal and professional level. I love what I do for a living and am happy when someone asks me about it.
