Summary

We learned a lot in this chapter about game loops, object-oriented classes for a game and working with lists of objects. Specifically, we animated independent sprites at the same time, while responding to the keys pressed by the player to control characters and some game logic. We transformed complex game loops in easy to understand code, combining methods with a good object-oriented design. We understood the creation of objects on the fly and the basics of a game logic. We also began working with a simple collision algorithm and we applied everything learned to animate other elements like backgrounds.
