5. 3D postcards
Compared to the methods we’ve looked at so far for creating 3D objects, the 3D Postcard option is distinctly underpowered. It was an earlier, quick-fire method of turning an object into simple 3D, and it appeared in Photoshop long before the extrusion tools we’ve been looking at.
But 3D Postcards are a valid way of building quick, effective objects – and if you create them using a Smart Object as your starting point, you’ll find that you can edit the contents easily.
