AND NOTES
Step 1: Introduce the activity.
Explain simply that you are going to organize a group
activity. Do not refer to the objectives at this stage.
Step 2: Establish the Strategy Team and ask them to
wait in the other room.
Allow the group to self select. Ask for volunteers
who like the idea of planning a strategy. You need
four people altogether. The room to which they go
should contain a table and a set of materials as
specified in the Trainer’s Notes.
Step 3: The remainder of the group makes up the
Action Team. Give each a copy of Handout 16.1.
