Be able to distinguish between these responses.
Be able to deal effectively with questions that are
felt to be personally intrusive.
PARTICIPANTS 6 to 12 participants; any type
TIME 90 minutes
RESOURCES One copy each of Handouts 18.1 and 18.2 for each
participant
