About the Author
Lois B. Hart, Ed.D.
Lois B. Hart offers training and consulting to businesses, governmental agencies, associations,
and medical and public organizations that are interested in the development of their leaders and
employees.
Through her company, Leadership Dynamics, Lois and her associates offer programs on Total
Quality Management, facilitation, leadership, team development, conflict communications,
customer service, and train-the-trainer skills.
Dr. Hart earned a B.S. from the University of Rochester, an M.S. from Syracuse University, and
her Ed.D. from the University of Massachusetts. Her studies included organizational behavior
and leadership development with Dr. Kenneth Blanchard, co-author of The One-Minute
Manager.
Lois has over 22 years of training, organization development, and public education experience.
Lois has worked with many professionals who want to be effective facilitators and trainers.
