Volunteers Versus Employees
I often hear senior CEOs asking, “What’s the deal with the people who work in my company these days? The generations X, Y, next, and millennials? They just aren’t committed to their jobs like we were. And they expect things to come along with work—free—that never crossed our minds. It can’t all be due to video games and bad parenting.”
