Would you buy from a happy-looking salesperson or an unhappy-looking salesperson? Would you buy from a confident-looking salesperson or a nervous-looking salesperson? Would you buy from a smartly dressed, well-groomed salesperson or a shabbily dressed, sloppy salesperson? Obviously, you will select the first options in all three questions.
