8Continuous Improvement of Quality

This chapter is about the problem-solving methodology and the tools used for analyzing problems, discovering the root causes and then devising solutions to eliminate those problems. Elimination of the problems lead to improvement of the quality of the process and quality of the products produced by them. Discovering problems or improvement opportunities in processes and making process improvements to achieve improved product quality and customer satisfaction is a non-ending, continuous process.
