THREE WEEKS OF MEAL PLANS

The first three weeks of any dietary transition are the hardest, so that can be a good time to rely on structured meal plans to help guide your choices, remove the decision making from your to-do list, and free up your energy to focus on cooking, eating, and enjoying the food. These meal plans start on Sunday and assume you are cooking at least dinner and brunch for a family of four (though you may have to adjust the quantities for your particular situation).
