Costume Crafts, Make-Up, and Storage
Under the umbrella of the costume shop, there is more than just constructing and maintaining clothing. We work with dyeing, weaving, millinery, jewelry, cosmetics, wigs, and shoe repair. Each of these areas employs materials and chemicals beyond the standard needle and thread. Each chemical we employ must be not only properly used, but also safely and effectively stored. Because the potential products are so numerous, I cannot realistically cover every one. Instead, I will focus on the most popular and give overviews of other groups.
