Dear Reader, what you hold in your hand is the result of a meticulous high-tech operation that took many months and required inspecting many parts, removing certain parts, retrofitting some old parts, and adding many new parts to our previous book on an earlier Java programmer certification exam, until we were completely satisfied with the result.
