About the Authors
After narrowly escaping the era of punch cards, Eric Gunnerson worked at various companies before landing at Microsoft, where he has worked on Visual C++, Visual C#, Windows DVD Maker, Microsoft HealthVault, and, most recently, internal tools in the Engineering Excellence group.
He was a member of the C# language design team through the development of the early versions of the language and was the author of a well-trafficked blog during that time.
In his spare time, he enjoys skiing and ski instruction, leading bicycle rides, doing home improvement, working on microcontroller projects, and writing about himself in the third person. ...
