Training Programs Offered by Nebraska’s Center for Operational Excellence
- Lean Six Sigma White Belt for all state employees. White Belt training is a one-hour session that introduces State of Nebraska team members to basic Lean Six Sigma concepts. The goal is to begin to help the recipient see waste in the process around them and have a basic level of understanding of how to combat that waste.
