A cursory search of state government websites in early 2023 found roughly 20 states with some form of CI program. Appearance, though, is certainly not determinative of their activity level or effectiveness. Some, like Vermont’s, are extremely active without an extensive presence on the public website. Others with a prominent web display have been inactive in recent years.
