In previous chapters, we’ve seen how the developers at TIM Group drew inspiration from a number of radically collaborative pioneers, like the Johnsonville Sausage factory, the GE jet-engine factory, and the innovation organization W. L. Gore. Although the stories and practices from these organizations catalyzed the transformation at TIM Group, the developers there soon realized that there was a missing piece to their radically collaborative puzzle.
