The truth is a snare: You cannot have it, without being caught. You cannot have the truth in such a way that you catch it, but only in such a way that it catches you.
One snag with dialogue is that at some point during the process a new learning might turn your world upside down. It is possible you will gain an insight that could require you to completely redesign the way you see a part of your world or change the way you interact with others.
