The recognition that no organization is perfect and a provision of trust in appropriate action when problems arise.
Analyze Phase of SOFAIR
The analyze phase is about thoroughly understanding all elements and interactions in the system that is the focus on improvement. Understanding causal factors before changes are made is critical for robust improvement. Part of the rigor of the SOFAIR method is the requirement to understand cause and effect before process change is enacted in order to ensure that performance improvement (not just process change) is implemented.
