Chapter 24. A New Boss Is Insulting and Abusive

When a new boss takes over an office, sometimes it can spell trouble for the people already there. The problem for employees is that you have already developed a bond with the boss who has left and that boss has created a cultural climate to which people have generally adapted. You know the rules and you know where you stand. A new boss may have new ways of doing things which can create problems for employees who are used to things being a certain way.
