2 Classification of Leadership Styles

Numerous classification systems have been utilized to analyze, define, and measure leadership styles and identify personality and leadership attributes. Tests connected to these classification schemes can provide a wealth of information about the existing leadership styles. They can also be used to quantify leadership development progress. We have studied several classification methods, but the one that fits our work is the one from Charles Pellerin (2009).
