For many, this may be one of the more important chapters, as artificial intelligence (AI) advances do already impact on our daily lives, in how we think and communicate. As AI developments grow, the question that is constantly being asked is how will this impact on our work lives, on our ability to innovate, to work, and within our interpersonal relationships?
As with all progression, there is much good achieved, but also many concerns and dangers to be aware of. There is little chance that it will not impact on how we lead, how we communicate, and how we do ensure that the industry progresses.
