Creating Custom Search Folders
Microsoft has defined quite a number of useful Search Folders for you already, but sometimes none of them quite meet your needs. That's when you will want to define your own custom Search Folders. Remember, though, Search Folders can search only in e-mail folders.
The example in this section creates a custom Search Folder that searches for e-mails that have been assigned a category of Business. To define the custom Business Search Folder, follow these steps:
1. | Select a Search Folder in the Navigation Pane and right-click it. |
2. | Select New Search Folder. |
3. | In the New Search Folder dialog, scroll down the list of Search Folders and select Create a Custom Search Folder in the Custom group. |
4. | Click the Choose button ... |
