Printing Outlook Items
Three menu commands on Outlook's File menu control printing: Page Setup, Print Preview, and Print. You can also execute the Print menu command by pressing the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+P.
Table 15.1 shows the functions of each of the printing menu commands.
